2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us by submitting written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent (identified above). Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
  • Adequate information to allow us to contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number, and, if available, email address).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury by you that you have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you will consent to the jurisdiction of:
    • The Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (if you reside in the United States).
    • The appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Bhadradri Kothagudem, Telangana, India (if you reside in India or outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person or company who provided the original DMCA notification to us.

The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter-Notification.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

DealKart Market will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate your account/access for any reason at any time, with or without notice.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
